You asked three people what a website costs and got three answers. One said it can be done for a few thousand rupees. An agency said "it depends". A freelancer on Facebook never replied. None of that helps you plan a budget.
This post gives you real numbers from our own price list, explains what pushes a price up or down, and shows you what to ask so that any quote — ours or anyone else's — is one you can trust.
How much does a website cost in Pakistan?
At 77-Technologies, a custom business website starts from PKR 50,000, and most simple business sites land between PKR 50,000 and 80,000. That includes up to 6 mobile-first pages, WhatsApp and call buttons, Google Maps, basic SEO setup and hosting setup, delivered in 2–3 weeks. After launch, the only yearly cost is your domain and hosting — typically PKR 10,000–15,000 a year, billed at cost and kept in your own name.
Quotes in the market vary so much because "a website" can mean anything from a one-page template to a full online store. The useful question is not "what does a website cost?" but "what does my website need to do?"
What do you get for PKR 50,000?
Here is exactly what our starting package includes, so you can compare like with like:
- Up to 6 pages — for example Home, About, Services, Gallery, FAQ and Contact.
- Custom design. We don't buy templates. You approve the design before development starts, with 2 revision rounds included.
- Mobile-first build. Most of your customers will open the site on a phone, often on mobile data, so it is built to load fast there first.
- WhatsApp and click-to-call buttons, so a visitor can reach you in one tap.
- Google Maps with your location.
- Basic SEO setup — a Google-friendly structure, page titles and descriptions, speed, and guidance on setting up your Google Business Profile.
- Basic English content. You give us your business information; we write the text for up to 6 pages, and you approve it.
- Hosting and domain setup in accounts that belong to you.
- 1 month of free support after launch, plus a recorded handover training session.
What makes a website cost more?
The price goes up when the website has to do more work. The common reasons:
- More pages or sections than the starting package covers.
- Features that do real work — online bookings, product orders, a customer login, or an admin panel so you can update products and prices yourself.
- Online payments. Integrating JazzCash, Easypaisa or a card gateway takes development work, and the payment provider must approve your business documents first. We handle the application and the integration.
- An Urdu version. Urdu or Roman-Urdu content is an add-on of PKR 10,000.
- Extra design work. One tailored design concept is included. A second full concept costs PKR 15,000.
- A logo. Not included in the website price; a simple logo is an add-on from PKR 10,000.
If what you need includes logins, dashboards, reports or staff roles, it is really a web application, not a website. That is a different, larger project — see our fixed-price packages for how those are scoped.
What will you pay every year after launch?
This is where many business owners get surprised, so here is the full list:
| Cost | How much | Required? |
|---|---|---|
| Domain + hosting renewal | Typically PKR 10,000–15,000 a year, at cost | Yes |
| Care plan (updates, backups, monitoring, small changes) | From PKR 10,000 a month, after free support ends | Optional |
| Ongoing SEO and ranking work | From PKR 25,000 a month | Optional |
There are no other hidden charges. Tax is added on the invoice where applicable. The domain and hosting are billed at cost and registered in your name — not ours — so you are never locked in.
Why is a cheap website so much cheaper?
You will find people offering a website for 10,000 rupees. It is worth knowing what you usually get at that price: a purchased template with your name added, often hosted on someone else's account, slow on mobile data, and unsupported after the first month. When it breaks or needs a change, there is nobody to call — and many of these sites get rebuilt within a year. That is paying twice.
To be fair, a cheap option is not always wrong. If you only need people to find your phone number and location, a free Google Business Profile or a well-kept Facebook page may be enough for now. Spend on a website when you need to be trusted by new customers, found on Google for your services, or take bookings and orders.
What does this look like for a real business?
Here are three illustrations — not clients, just typical situations we hear about:
- Say you run a clinic in Johar Town. Patients need your doctors, timings and location, and a way to book on WhatsApp. A standard business website fits well, around the starting price.
- Say you are a fabric wholesaler in Faisalabad. Retailers want to see your catalogue and send an order. That adds a product catalogue, an order form and probably an admin panel to update stock, so it will be scoped above the starting price.
- Say you own a restaurant in Karachi and want online orders with payment. That is ordering plus payments — closer to a web application, and we would quote it after a short call.

How do you get an accurate, fixed quote?
Send us three things: what your business does, what the website should do (information, bookings or orders), and any deadline. You will get a written, fixed quote with two lists — Included and Not included — so nothing is left to guesswork.
Once you approve the scope, the price does not change. If you decide to add new features later, they are quoted separately and you approve them before any work starts. Payment follows milestones: 40% to start, 30% when you approve the working version, and 30% at launch — so each payment follows something you have seen working. Quotes stay valid for 14 days.
Before you pay anyone: a quick checklist
- Get the scope in writing, with what is included and what is not.
- Make sure the domain and hosting are in your name.
- Ask who fixes things after launch, and what that costs.
- Ask to see working progress before each payment.
- Compare what you get, not just the headline price.

Frequently asked questions
Is PKR 50,000 the final price for a business website?
It is the starting price. Most simple business sites land between PKR 50,000 and 80,000. Once your site is scoped, the written quote is fixed and does not change unless you add new features.
Are there yearly charges after the website is built?
Only the domain and hosting renewal, billed at cost and typically PKR 10,000–15,000 a year, paid in accounts that are in your name. A monthly care plan is optional.
How long does a business website take to build?
A business website takes 2–3 weeks from the day the advance is paid and your content (logo, photos, business details) is ready. Your proposal carries a committed delivery date.
Who owns the website once it is finished?
You do. The domain, hosting, code and every account are handed over in your name on final payment, with documentation, so any developer can take over later.
