01 The challenge
One place to follow the poultry market.
PoultryBaba is a market intelligence platform for Pakistan's poultry trade. Its job is to put the numbers the trade works from — live murghi-mandi rates, price predictions, and who to buy from or sell to — in one place, on the web and on an Android phone.
The work covered the whole product: building the platform and the app, getting both found through SEO and digital marketing, and keeping them running after launch.
